A long time ago, not so far away, beer was invented.   What a glorious invention it was.  I brought joy to so many people and continues to do so to this very day.  But ever since somebody came up with the idea of making more than one different kind of beer, the question of the ages has been posed: which is the best?  And so, verily, until the end of time, humankind shall be ever engaged in the Beer Wars.

The idea of the beer wars is that Colin Reid, Garbage City's resident beer enthusiast, shall endeavour to match up beers of similar styles.  He will then taste each one, and to the best of his abilities, quantify the characteristics of the beer, and come up with a rating out of ten.  (Please note that the ratings are solely the opinion of Mr. Reid, so if he doesn't like your favourite beer, please do not be offended.)  The beer with the higher rating will be declared winner of each battle.  On to the beer then!
